When Beth and Ashley met, it was career love at first sight. They had been equally impressed with the other's integrity, professionalism, great communication skills and the single purpose of making the home buying and selling process go as smoothly as possible for their clients.
At the time, they had no idea where their genuine smiles and grateful handshake would take them.
Ashley had just moved back from the West Coast where she was doing Real Estate and was in the process of getting licensed in MN. Beth was looking for a partner for her business as she wanted to expand and grow her business. Beth instantly thought Ashley would be a great fit. Ashley jumped at the opportunity, knowing her passion for her clients and her personal integrity had found a good match in Beth.
Together Beth and Ashley put their clients' needs above everything else, helping them to navigate the ups and downs of buying and selling their homes. They firmly believe that buyers should never talk themselves into a house and sellers should never feel pressured.
Beth began her career almost thirty years ago as an administrative assistant for a real estate firm and literally learned the industry form the ground up—from land development to a business now based on client referrals.
Ashley grew up in the hospitality industry since age 15, knowing then that her passion was to help and serve others. With an Accounting degree and the passion to serve others, Real Estate couldn’t have been a better fit.
By combining their talents, Beth and Ashley bring nearly fifty years of industry knowledge, customer relations and sales with high integrity to the table for every customer.
Today they specialize in the Minneapolis and the surrounding metro area, showing and selling everything from hobby farms to new construction and the city life in between.

I started in real estate nearly thirty years ago as an administrative assistant and went on from there to do land development, so I have literally learned the real estate industry from the ground up. Today, I am proud to say, 80% of my business comes from referrals from past clients.
I know that buying or selling a home is a huge decision. And it should be. Your home is not only an expression of who you are, it is your safe haven. Because I live by the Golden Rule, I always try to put myself in the customer’s shoes—to help you make the best decision possible.
I started in the hospitality industry when I was 15. Instead of the standard selling approach, I became a solution provider by building trust, rapport and respect with my customers. I did this by knowing my customer, understanding their values, and provided service based on what is important to them oppose to whats in it for me. It is counting for something in the customers eyes by selling the value of myself and the value of my solutions.
